Owner/Stroller Strides/Stroller Barre/Body Back Instructor

Lisa is a mom to five children. Aiden (13), Lucy (10), Knox (2) and twins Whitney and Griffin (1). Her and her husband are both teachers in the Oswego School District and live in the Oswego community. She is passionate about fitness and being a mom. She truly believes it takes a village. She is excited about the FIT4MOM journey as it combines her two passions. She is looking forward to meeting and working with the moms in the Oswego area.

Lisa obtained her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She also has her Master's in Educational Leadership from Governor's State University and is close to obtaining her second Master's in Physical Education from Emporia State University.

My name is Eryn Kubinski, I started Fit4Mom Shorewood since March 2014 and have passed on my territory to Lisa. A while back, I attended a Stroller Strides class with my sister-in-law and thought, "We need this in Shorewood!" My vision is to create a community of like minded moms who are interested in raising a healthy family with support and encouragement from other moms. My goal is to make the class inviting to all moms from all walks of life as well as provide a challenging class for every level of fitness.


I am a physical therapist, a competitive athlete, a wife and a bonus mom to 2 wonderful boys. I enjoy being outside, exploring and teaching my son new things. I have lived a lot of places in my journey through life and now I am putting down roots in Shorewood. I am an an open minded and easy going person, however, good at pushing people when it is needed!

Stroller Stride Instructor

Before kids, I was a health and physical education teacher. I'm now a mom of 2 kids who are less than 1 year apart in age. After having back to back pregnancies, I knew I wanted to get back into shape. As a marathon runner, I've continued to run and enjoy FIT4MOM classes. I'm passionate about living a well-balanced healthy life and I love to help, guide and encourage others to do the same!

Body Back Instructor

Brianne is the mom to Kieran (14) and Sophia (11). Brianne and her children reside in the Oswego community and she is a social worker in the Oswego School District. Brianne is dedicated to encouraging her students to reach their limitless potential while making positive and healthy choices for themselves. She is looking forward to providing encouragement and support for moms in the Oswego area through FIT4MOM and the Body Back program, so they too will discover their limitless potential and healthiest selves. Brianne is passionate about eating healthy and staying active. She enjoys participating in organized fitness challenges such as 5k runs and obstacle course races. Brianne is thrilled to be a part of the Oswego FIT4MOM team and is excited to be a part of a strong and healthy community of moms!

Stroller Strides Instructor


Betsy Smith joined the Fit4Mom Oswego team in October 2016. As a former elementary school teacher and now mom of 3 kids under 5 years old she was excited to find ways to be with her children while still staying active and meeting other moms. Fit4Mom Oswego was a perfect fit. While fitness and a healthy lifestyle are near the top of her priority lists, creating meaningful experiences with her children is her focus. Betsy loves modeling a healthy lifestyle in a manner that is engaging and focused on the fun! She works hard to plan classes that are not only fun for mom and kids, but also that foster learning and engagement.

"When I took my first stroller strides class I left feeling so good about myself and confident that my kids and I had a good time. I couldn't' t wait to join the team and help other moms feel this same sense of joy and accomplishment. Working with moms on health and fitness goals while also engaging with the kids is a perfect combination for my passions."

Stroller Strides and Fit4Baby Instructor

I had always seen Facebook videos and pictures of these wonderful stroller and mommy workouts and wanted to try out a class. Well after I did, I was hooked! I fell in love with Stroller Strides, loved the workout and loved the village of moms! I knew I wanted to be a part of this group and help other mommas in their fitness and mommyhood journey. And so began my wonderful Fit4Mom adventure.

I was a middle school teacher for over a decade before making the decision to stay home with the kiddos. I am a proud mommy to five beautiful children- Ella 8, Lexi 7, Ryder 5, Beckham 4, and Hunter 2. I am now a proud Fit4Mom prenatal and postnatal fitness instructor, certified in Fit4Baby, Stroller Strides, and Body Back! In my classes, I hope to spread my infectious love for fitness as well as connect you with other great moms in our village! Come join me for a class!

Jill is a mom to Rocklyn (1) and has a strong passion for health and fitness. Her full time job is a Chicagoland recruiter for The University of Colorado. Previous to working in higher education, she worked as a personal trainer for 7 years helping all kinds of clients reach their health and fitness goals. She has an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a Masters in Leadership for Service.

Certified Prenatal & Postnatal Fitness Instructor

I am so excited to be a part of the Fit4Mom Team! I have always been very passionate about fitness, and now I can share that with all of you! I have always been very active playing sports for as long as I can remember. I have played (although it’s been awhile!) volleyball, softball, basketball, soccer, tennis and track. I have tried many different workouts ranging from at home DVDs, running, weight lifting, boxing, kickboxing, swimming, and of course Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre. I love how Fit4Mom classes give both moms and kids the opportunity to socialize and get a great workout.

My husband Mike and I live in Plainfield with our son Joe and dog Jack. Prior to having my son Joe, I was a Speech Pathologist in the school districts for six years. I decided to take some time away and stay home with Joe.

I have greatly enjoyed my time attending classes and playdates. I hope you all will continue to enjoy the workouts and playdates with me!

Body Back Instructor

Kit has always enjoyed being active: from yoga, to lifting weights, to running races. This love of fitness and working out, led her to search for exercise programs while 8 months pregnant with her first child. When she stumbled upon the Fit4Mom's page, she began to count down the days until she could sign up for her first class! In January 2016, Kit joined the 8 week BodyBack session, and shortly after became a Stroller Strides regular. Instantly, she knew that she could cancel her gym membership and get in the work out she was looking for with her new mom friends.
Kit's love for working with people and passion for fitness led her to become a Body Back instructor in August 2016. It is her personal mission to make each woman she encounters to feel the love and support that they need, and often times will check in with past clients to catch up. Kit shares her own personal experiences with losing weight and maintaining a healthy lifestyle with all her clients, She continues to research and obtain further certifications in postnatal fitness.

Kit is a mother to Eleanor (1) and is currently pregnant with baby #2, due in July.

West Oswego Playgroup Captain.

Alicia is the mom of two daughters, Riley (4) & Alaina (2). She is a former Probation Officer and Marriage & Family Therapist turned stay-at-home mom. She strongly believes in the idea that "it takes a village" to raise well-rounded children and keep families strong. The community feeling & "village" that Fit4mom provides at every class is exactly why she joined. "It doesn't matter where you are in your fitness journey. You WILL be accepted here! Sports and fitness have always been important to me, but after I became a mom I did not make the time for myself. I found Fit4Mom at just the right time & it is the perfect balance of fitness for me & fun for the kids!"

Our Village Captain

Atlee Hayes is a former teacher turned stay-at-home-mom. She has three children, Camden, 5, Dulaney, 3, and Easton, 18 months. Originally from the central valley of California, Atlee spent the early years of her marriage in Baltimore, Maryland before moving to Oswego in October of 2014.

"I like to maximize my time without my children. I have found that working out is not something I want to do in those few hours I have away from them. That is why stroller strides has worked so well for me. I get to socialize AND workout, my kids get to be entertained and play with friends, and we all get to do it together."

Manager of Membership

Christina is mom to Olivia and Grace. Being a stay at home mom, she was looking for a way to stay active and spend time with her girls. She is so happy to have found Fit4Mom Oswego and Our Village. She and her girls are so grateful for the many friends they have made while attending Stroller Strides classes weekly.

Connecting Mom

I've always loved outdoor fitness activities such as walking, biking and jogging & after finding FIT4MOM in January of 2015, I found a perfect fit for my daughter and me! I've always struggled to keep up with working out during the winter months and it became even more challenging once I became a mom. After teaching young children for 12 years, I was a stay at home mom who missed connecting with other adults on a daily basis. I love how the Stroller Strides classes incorporate songs and learning activities and Our Village play dates provide an age appropriate social & learning experience for the children. After joining the first Body Back group, I became hooked. The high intensity class was a little out of my comfort zone and challenged me to achieve new physical milestones and push me to work harder and plan for significant lifestyle changes with meal planning and working out. I love both of these classes so much and wanted to be sure that other moms in the area new about these unique, "mom only" opportunities. I became the group's "Marketing Mom" by recruiting and promoting and sharing with others about FIT4MOM Plainfield. My experience as an on-location photographer was a logical way that I could promote FIT4MOM events, by photographing special classes & activities. My daughter and I have made so many new friends and made so many strides with our physical fitness and lifestyle priorities as a result of our FIT4MOM classes!
